Services
I am a Creative Designer, Developer and Consultant. As I work in parallel with a back-end developer, I can offer a full range of web services, from newsletters and Facebook Applications, to full-blown content managed websites.
Quality Assurance
As a digital consultant, one of the most precious things for me is the quality of the work I produce, which you might think is quite an obvious thing to say, but from my experience with other freelancers, is not always the case.
To be successful as a business owner, I always try to create realistic briefs and budgets, that will allow me the time to listen to what I think you will need in order to fulfill your goals. I like to work in a client-friendly manner, that includes a lot of conversations and discussions throughout the process, as I understand how important it is to be as transparent about where my time is spent.
How do I work?
I work from home in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and usually work normal business hours of 8am-6pm. But have been known to burn the candle at both ends for clients to make that tight deadline. So don’t be afraid to ask me “Is it possible to get it done at 4am on Tuesday night?”. The answer inevitably is “Yes!”. I haven’t missed a deadline in 5 years.
Do I work in agencies?
Absolutely. If needs be, my Macbook Pro and myself are always more than happy to get out of the house!
How much do I charge for a website?
How long is a piece of string? This is a very hard question to answer, but generally a basic website with a CMS (eg. WordPress) would start from around $5,000. This would include wireframes, technical documents, design and development. I find that anything less than that will mean certain key parts of the project will be rushed and inevitably result in not enough time to maintain QA.
